True Courage is the willingness to be so open, honest and vulnerable with our selves and others that feelings just flow and presence and deep connection is a natural consequence.
- Do you dare to dance that deeply?
- Do you dare to be that vulnerable?
- Do you long for deep connection and presence?
This workshop experience invites us to go there. To move with all of our felt human experience, and dare to dance it! – using the 5Rhythms Waves and Heartbeat Map.
We’ll face and dance with our fears, experience the clarity and vitality of our anger and passions, shed our masks and invite the natural release of our sadness … experience the uplift and lightness of our joy and the deep compassion possible that ultimately connects and restores us.
This is an opportunity to shed and cleanse our selves with the emotional truths of our lives. To deeply experience communion with our soulful selves, others and life itself.
“Vulnerability is life’s great dare.”
Some experience of dancing the 5Rhythms is preferable. Please ask if unsure.
Waves & Heartbeat hours count as prerequisite hours for the 5Rhythms Teacher Training.
