5Rhythms on Waiheke Island

Sacha is teaching classes regularly on Waiheke on Friday evenings.

Her next classes are on 27th August and 10th September

From 7.30 – 9pm at Palm Beach Hall, end of Palm Road, Palm Beach, Waiheke Island, (see map) $15 per class – cash only please as we don’t have eftpos. contact Sacha: sacha@5rhythms.co.nz

Please bring water to drink and wear comfortable clothing suitable for moving in (layers are good).

Sacha also teaches regular Sundays in Auckland and offers longer workshops to explore the practice more deeply – please contact her for further details.
